An interesting and particularly striking perspective concerning legal provisions in higher education and organizational training has emerged steadily during the past three decades. A variety of legal protections including explicit provisions and declarations on the rights and responsibilities of participant students and trainees have been codified throughout higher education and organizational training programs. This topic opens the examination of the extent to which obligations of universities and training abide by the statutes and policies are made explicit. These include the ADA, Section and 504 of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973, sexual harassment and abuse, and other important rights and responsibilities of Students, Trainees and their respective institutional relationships.
